Breakfast: 6.30 to 9.30am, on weekends from 7.30 to 10.30am
Restaurant: Monday-Thursday from 6pm

our Superior Rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system. You will find the control unit next to the door.

You can reach the airport by train or taxi.
We will be happy to assist you finding the right train or call you a taxi.

Check-In
Our rooms are available from 01.00pm. Early check-ins are available on request.

Check-out
We kindly ask you to leave the room by 10.00 am. In case you need a late check-out, please contact the reception desk.

Do not disturb
Please use the ‚do not disturb‘-card at the door-handle or the ‚do-not-disturb‘ function of the door lock system ‚
(see ‚room key card‘).

Doctors/ medical emergencies
We will be happy to assist you with addresses, telephone numbers and appointments at the reception desk.
In case of an emergency please call the emergency service and don‘t forget to dial zero before entering

Drinks and Snacks
Make use of our vending machine in the basement and enjoy a chilled drink or a little snack.

Dry cleaning/laundry service
There is a laundry bag and a cleaning list in your rooms closet.
Drop the laundry off at the reception desk until 9.00am and you will receive it back until 5.00pm.
You can also use our washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment-house across the street.
The laundry coins (5€/wash) are sold at the reception desk.
Please note that we can not accept liability for any damage or discoloration of the laundry.

Electrical current
220 V alternate current. Adapters are provided at the reception depending on availability.

Elevators
Please do not use the elevators in case of fire.

Express Check-Out
Provide us in advance with your credit card information and the address for the
invoicing and check out without having to visit the reception desk again. We will charge the amount of your invoice on the credit card and send the invoice to the given address.

Fire
In case of fire please follow these rules:
• Do not panic, keep calm
• Our hotel is equipped with automatic fire doors
• Please follow the evacuation plan provided in your room
• Close windows and doors and leave the building along the prescribed path
• Illuminated escape-signs will help you to keep the orientation
• the emergency assembly point is on the front door parking lot, marked with a sign

Please feel free to use our sitting area and deck chairs.
We make our homemade ‚Obstler‘ from the apple and pears on the lawn.

Please settle your bill until 10:30 am on the day of departure.
You can pay cash, with debit card or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro-Card.

Pets
Dogs are welcome at request.
We charge a fee of 12€ per dog per night. The owner is responsible for removing all remains aft er a walk on our ground.

In our Restaurant with garden view we serve freshly prepared food and refreshing drinks.
The opening times are from Monday to Thursday from 6.00pm.

Room Key Card
Hold the key card in front of the sensor at your door lock and avoid moving it around too fast. Use the knob on the Inside of the door for the ‚do-not-disturb‘-function if you don‘t want our housekeeping to come in.
The key card also opens the front door of the hotel after the service hours.
Please leave the key card at the hotel after checking out.

This is a non-smoking-hotel.
Please do not smoke in your hotel room. In case of violations we will impose a cleaning charge of up to 500€ and the empty rent according to the category.

Winter road maintenance
In wintertime we do our best to keep the driveway and entrance free of snow
and ice. Anyhow, please be careful in bad weather conditions.
