You are moving to Germany permanently or for a temporary duty assignment? We are more than happy to offer you the right environment for a pleasant start in your new home destination.

Things can get pretty busy in the beginning – so take your time to arrive and get settled in one of our long-stay
apartments or hotel rooms in the quiet and green area of Böblingen.

We provide 35 Business Hotel Rooms, 14 air-conditioned Superior Rooms partly with kitchenette, balcony and
separate second bedroom (starting Sept. 2020) and 8 fully equipped apartments with separate bedroom and open

Our location is in 2,5miles/10 minutes driving distance to Panzer Kaserne.

On request, we are happy to assist you with taxi services and arrange a taxi shuttle to Panzer for you in the
morning.
