If it is our home made ‚Maultaschen‘ freshly made ‚Spätzle‘ or sauces and stocks – we only use fresh fruits and vegetables and in the selection of meat we take care of a very good quality.

We know exactly what’s on the plate!
Wholesome and regional products are important for us. We take great care to maintain the tradition of the swabian cuisine we are practicing since the early days of Hotel Rieth back in 1926.
Alongside with our elderberry syrup and marmelades, we produce our own honey and distill Schnaps from the apples and pears growing in the backyard of the hotel.
In Spring and Summer we also plant fresh salads, herbs and tomatoes for our guests.
